More Than a Hotel Restaurant

For more than 20 years, Sevy’s Bar + Kitchen has been part of the fabric of Aptos—a place where locals gather, visitors feel at home, and good food brings people together. More than a hotel restaurant, Sevy’s is a neighborhood meeting place for old friends catching up over happy hour, evenings filled with music and good company, and familiar dishes that keep guests coming back.

Our approach is rooted in the relaxed spirit of the Central Coast: welcoming, easygoing, and always connected to the community around us.
