Santa Cruz County’s premier dining event celebrates culinary excellence on the Central Coast

Santa Cruz, CA—October 22, 2025: Good Times is pleased to announce Santa Cruz Restaurant Week—the tastiest week of the year! Over the past decade, the community’s response to Santa Cruz Restaurant Week has grown considerably, and the event has continued to gain enthusiasm and momentum.

Participants said last year was “phenomenal!”

Santa Cruz Restaurant Week spans eight nights from Oct. 22 to Oct. 29 and is modeled after popular Restaurant Weeks across the nation.

There are three tiers of pricing offered, with each participating restaurant presenting $45 or $55 and $65 menu options (not including tax, gratuity or beverages).

The Restaurant Week concept is simple: Restaurants throughout Santa Cruz County offer a three-course, fixed-price dinner menu, including three options each for appetizer, entrée and dessert. Each restaurant will promote one price point, and regular menus are also available.

This event shines a spotlight on the local food culture in Santa Cruz County while restaurateurs and chefs showcase their individuality and creative talents. This event is an opportunity for the restaurant community to promote as a group, for diners to try a new restaurant for the first time, or for guests to try new dishes at a favorite restaurant.

A list of participating restaurants and their featured menus is continually updated on santacruzrestaurantweek.com, and will be complete by Oct. 22. A Santa Cruz Restaurant Week Guide, including a full list of menus, will also be published in Good Times on Oct. 22.

Visitors to the site can also view restaurant bios, sign up for email alerts, make reservations with participating restaurants, and “like” Santa Cruz Restaurant Week on Instagram. Giveaways for gift certificates to participating restaurants are held every day during the week of the event on the Santa Cruz Restaurant Week Instagram page.
